IT Systems
Our system IT system can exchange information with the client's system, which enables:
- Access to continuously updated information concerning levels of stocks in our warehouses,
- Automatic transfer of orders (paper-free),
- Monitoring of incoming documents confirming deliveries,
- Management of the movement of goods in the warehouse and the size of stocks,
- Full access to archived data concerning logistics operations.
The customs warehouse is managed with the help of OSKAR, a computer programme approved by the Warsaw Customs Office.
Warehouse management is conducted by means of a PRO-LOG-MWS programme written especially for our needs; the programme functions on the basis of information on the allocation of goods in the warehouse and is connected to a bar code collector.
Our IT system is fully protected against intruders, and safety is guaranteed by means of archiving and storing data.
PRO-LOG is a joint-stock company now
On January 18, 2012 by decision of the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, PRO-LOG Spółka Akcyjna (Joint-Stock Company) came into being, transformed from PRO-LOG Sp. z o.o. sp. k. New warehouse open
On February 6, 2012 we opened another warehouse (storage volume: 2645 pallet spaces). High storage density (1.76 pallet space per 1 m2 with storage height up to 7.5 m) was achieved by purchasing BENDI articulated trucks, which require only 2 m wide aisles! We are the first Polish logistics company which purchased new BENDI trucks directly from the producer.
